Konversational

While working at Kvalifik, I was part of a small team that redesigned Konversational’s brand and digital presence. Konversational is a ServiceNow partner, and the goal was to help them stand out with a new look and a modern feel, confident, and aligned with their future direction. I was part of everything from early research and concept work to visuals, video content, and website templates.

Challenges

Konversational wanted a brand that reflected where they were headed, not just where they had been. The old identity didn’t match their growth or the services level they now offer. The challenge was to bring clarity and style to a complex B2B industry while also creating a strong, unified brand across digital channels.

Results

The outcome was a stronger, more confident brand that gave Konversational a clearer voice and a more professional look across their website and social channels. The new design positions them as the best future-focused partner in the ServiceNow industry. The templates and structure we created also gave them tools to continue building on the identity after launch and on the long run.

Process

My colleagues and I worked closely with the client throughout the project. The first step was desk research to understand their competitors, visual trends in tech, and how companies in the ServiceNow space introduce themselves. We also did workshops with the client to get insight into their goals and tone.

In the design phase, I helped building wireframes using Relume, also worked on sourcing of images and videos, and finally created templates for social media and website. A big part of my role in this project was finding the right visual style for their hero section and supporting content, something that should feel bold but also clear and professional. I also participated on the hero video process, focusing on selecting the appropriate footage to match the new visual direction of the company.

Conclusion

This project taught me how to balance brand storytelling with business needs, especially in a B2B environment. Personally, It was a great experience working hands-on with a client and shaping something from early research to final details. I also learned the value of team work and open collaboration with the customers, how much stronger a concept becomes when ideas are shared openly and refined together.
